A supermoon has lit up the sky across the world, coinciding with a rare partial lunar eclipse.
That meant the Moon – which is at its closest point to Earth in its orbit – appeared brighter and bigger on Tuesday night.
The leaders are to decide whether to loan tens of billions of euros in frozen Russian assets to fund Ukraine’s military and economic needs.
Officials said the suspect has been “neutralised” and there is no further threat to the public.
Demonstrations continued on Friday as young protesters denounced the election as unfair.
