American rapper and Internet personality Danielle Bregoli, known as Bhad Bhabie, has launched her own coin BHAD. She describes it as “a community-driven token designed to make a real impact.”
The 21-year-old Bregoli became (in)famous during an appearance on the talk show Dr. Phil in September 2016, when she said the meme phrase “Catch me outside, how ’bout that?”
She utilized her virality to enter into the music industry. She debuted in 2017 as the youngest female rapper with a song on the Billboard Hot 100. Bregoli also recorded ‘Gucci Flip Flops’ featuring Lil Yachty, and ‘Bestie’ with Kodak Black and Megan Thee Stallion.
Spreading into other industries over the years, she has now stepped into the blockchain space, saying she seeks a novel way to connect with her fans.
According to the press release, the Solana-based BHAD is now available through public sale.
It’s only the latest in the celebrity coin frenzy, which includes Iggy Azalea, Lil Pump, Waka Flocka Flame, and characters such as Andrew Tate.

Launching digital coins has become a FAD among small and mid-size celebrities globally, usually disappearing from the crypto scene as fast as they’ve appeared. They’ve also been associated with cash grabs and pump-and-dump schemes. But this latest one promises to be different.
Bregoli claims that BHAD is not a vanity project. Instead, it “stands for transparency, accountability, and purpose,” enabling Bregoli to use her platform “for something bigger than herself.”
The coin is fully community-owned. It is created to fund cancer research, grow the community, known as ‘Bhadies,’ and further Bregoli’s music career.
Therefore, the rapper claims she has pledged 50% of her 20% stake in the token to cancer research. Her website also states that “Bhabie has vested a total of 20% of the total supply, with 10% designated for cancer research and 10% designated to support her independent music label.”
“BHAD isn’t about hype or quick profits,” the press release said. The project aims to “bring the crypto and creative worlds together and set a new standard for what blockchain and celebrity initiatives can achieve together.”
It added that by merging the crypto space and “a greater cause, BHAD is proving that digital assets can have real-world meaning and impact.”
The total supply is 1 billion tokens, while the initial circulating supply is 800 million tokens.
Meanwhile, the official website states that the coin “is YOUR chance to be part of something bigger than a meme. The BHAD Meme is all about owning the internet, pushing culture forward, and turning viral energy into unstoppable momentum.”
BHAD currently trades at $0.0006378, down 6% in a day. Like other meme coins, particularly those celebrity-related, it hit an all-time high a day after its launch and dropped nearly 70% since.
